Renovated building and rooms, plus solid internet connection. Only a quick 5-minute drive to Twelve Oaks Mall. The area around here is really nice and enjoyable 😊.

The location was great, within a close distance from West Oaks. This hotel was set in a fairly nice area.

The location of the hotel was favourable and amazing - a 10-15 minute walk from Twelve Oaks Mall. Moreover, I went to the lake, it's 20 minutes walk away. The room with good internet.

The bed was very hard.

We had a great time here and would definitely tell others to check it out. The room was super fresh, and we loved having a balcony, a nice shower, and a TV. The restaurant was top-notch with some seriously tasty dishes. 🌟

Did not like the fact that the room brochure did not accurately represent the actual rules of the hotel. The brochure states that the pool/hot tub are open until 11:00 P.M. We tried to use it after 10:00 and were told that it closed at 10:00.

The staff was very friendly and the room very comfortable. Also the location of the hotel was great for us.

The room was nice enough, bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly.

Several things were just not right in this room. I could not get the temperature/humidity under control, it made the room difficult to get comfortable in. The toilet tank cover was positioned in a way that it prevented the toilet seat from staying up on its own. The shower handle fixture was not securely fastened to the wall. The elevators seemed really old and a bit creaky..

The bed was very hard. Exterior is very dated, tired and poorly lit. Room and hallway finishes were very dated and need updated.

The breakfast offered a good choice of excellent meals. The room I booked was nicely remodeled and brand-new, with a bathroom and a balcony, as well as good internet. The location was marvelous, just a pleasant stroll away from Twelve Oaks Mall. The city center was located just a short stroll away from the hotel.

Location for us was good. Amenities were enough. Good restaurant in the same hotel.

Hotel needs a tremendous renovation. No investment done in many years. Breakfast area is very poor and decayed. I will book somewhere else till a deep renovation is done.

On my online bank statement was charged about $15 more than my paper statement left under my door day of departure.
